  • Hourly rate: 125–150 UAH/hour depending on process and operation.
  • Reference monthly compensation: from approximately USD 600/month.

Positions and duties

Please pre-screen candidates for the specific processes below. Candidates may be allocated depending on suitability, production need and final client decision.

Position

Washing Machine Operator

Duties: Operation and maintenance of washing equipment; control of container/tare cleanliness.

Schedule: 5-day working week, 08:00–17:00; floating days off.

Position

General Labourer — Poultry Processing Line

Duties: Hanging live poultry on the primary processing line.

Schedule: Rotational weekly schedule. Day shift 04:00–14:00; evening/night shift 14:00–00:00. Days off: Sunday + 1 floating day.

Position

General Service / Maintenance Worker

Duties: Support the poultry catching process and preparation for transportation.

Schedule: Rotational shifts. Shift I: 02:00–12:00. Shift II: 12:00–22:00. Days off: Sunday + 1 floating day.

Screening Criteria

Candidate profile

Experience is not mandatory, but motivation, honesty, physical readiness and discipline are mandatory. Candidates must accept poultry-related production work before the shortlist is submitted.

Do not submit candidates who cannot work with animal-origin products, have alcohol/drug abuse risks, cannot follow production discipline, or are not ready for intensive physical work.

Gender / ageMale. Target: 25–40. Outer vacancy range: 21–40 only if strong and pre-approved.
ExperienceNot mandatory. Responsibility, attention, honesty and willingness to learn are more important.
Physical readinessGood physical condition, intensive work capacity, ability to stand for long periods and lift weight.
LanguageBasic English and ability to use Google Translate or similar app.
Legal/socialNo criminal record; medical examination readiness; medical insurance preferred.
DisciplineZero tolerance for theft, serious labour discipline violations, alcohol or drug abuse. Random sobriety checks may apply.
Site controlWorkplaces may have video surveillance and security.

  • Search for candidates according to the requirements
  • Conduct interviews and assess motivation, physical readiness and practical suitability
  • Verify documents and references
  • Assist with embassy / consulate communication when needed
  • Book tickets and coordinate transportation
  • Arrange transfer from the airport to the place of work, unless agreed otherwise
  • Provide candidate support; a supplier representative may accompany/support the group
  • Arrange medical insurance if possible, or propose insurance options for discussion
  • Conduct pre-departure adaptation/orientation courses; Rhombus may cooperate on this part

  • Prepare invitations for obtaining a work visa
  • Arrange work permits in Ukraine
  • Coordinate with state authorities and employment centres
  • Prepare the visa document package
  • Conduct occupational safety training at the production site
  • Provide social support and occupational safety control
  • Provide accommodation
  • Conduct adaptation courses and on-site coordination after arrival
  • Assist with household and everyday practical matters after arrival
